How do I open the parent area?

Press and hold the small gear in the top-right corner for 3 seconds, then enter the PIN you created when you first opened TapTot.

I forgot my PIN

On the PIN screen tap Forgot PIN? and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. You can then set a new PIN.

How do I stop my child from leaving the app?

Open Settings › Accessibility › Guided Access and turn it on. Set a Guided Access passcode.
Open TapTot and triple-click the side button (or the Home button).
Tap Start. To finish, triple-click again and enter the Guided Access passcode.

The balls don't roll when I tilt the device

Make sure the screen orientation lock matches how you hold the device, and that Low Power Mode isn't limiting motion updates. You can always grab and fling the balls with a finger too.

There is no sound

Check the ring/silent switch or Action button, the device volume, and the volume slider under Sound and touch in the parent area. The ball screen also has its own sound and vibration buttons.

Restoring the full version

Open the parent area and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with, or one in the same Family Sharing group.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Szülői menü: tartsd nyomva 3 másodpercig a jobb felső sarokban lévő fogaskereket, majd add meg a PIN-kódot.
Elfelejtett PIN: a PIN-képernyőn koppints az Elfelejtett PIN? gombra, és igazold magad Face ID-val, Touch ID-val vagy a készülék jelkódjával.
Kilépés tiltása: Beállítások › Kisegítő lehetőségek › Irányított hozzáférés bekapcsolása, majd a TapTotban nyomd meg háromszor az oldalsó gombot, és koppints az Indítás gombra.
